Leeds Transit Inc. selected as first dealer in Canada for IC Corporation’s Intergrated School Buses.

ELGIN, Ontario (October 10, 2003) - Leeds Transit Inc. announced today that they have been selected by IC Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of International Truck & Engine Corporation, as the exclusive Ontario distributor for IC School Bus brand. IC Corporation builds a complete school bus unit - both body and chassis - under one roof. Until now, only the International chassis was available in Canada and the IC brand of school buses now becomes available in Canada with this agreement.

International manufactured the very first factory-built school bus in the world in 1907. To this day, more students ride to school in an International than all other brands combined. IC Corporation builds the most innovative school buses in the industry - the IC Corporation CE models are integrated Type-C buses as well as FE (Forward Engine) and RE (Rear Engine) type D style buses. The IC design provides a significant increase in visibility, ergonomics and economy. School buses are built in modern manufacturing plants in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Conway, Arkansas.

2005 IC School Bus demos will be touring Ontario this fall and customer deliveries are scheduled to begin March 2004.
