SUBJECT: Leeds Transit joins Collins Bus Corp. dealer network.

Leeds Transit Inc. is pleased to announce that they have signed a dealer agreement with Collins Bus Corp.

In 2007 Collins purchased the assets of Corbeil Body Co. for whom Leeds was also a dealer.

Collins markets buses under 3 brand names, though all the brands are essentially the same bus. Collins will be the brand name in use in Leeds market.

Collins products will be available for delivery for September 2008 school startup.
