SUBJECT: Autobus Leeds Transit newest IC dealer in Quebec.

Leeds Transit Inc. is pleased to announce that they have been appointed the IC dealer for Quebec and will operate under the trade name Autobus Leeds Transit.

Leeds expansion into Quebec came via a negotiated purchase that saw Leeds purchase the majority of the assets of the previous dealer Autobus IC. Leeds has established a sales office in St. Lin-Laurentides, Quebec at the location where Corbeil Body Company was once located.

Leeds has also retained some key sales staff from the Autobus IC team. Pierre Gilbert, Jacques Moreau and Louise Couture form the Quebec bus sales team and Gilles Vadnais joins Leeds Parts Call Center as a Parts Sales Representative.

The new addition to Leeds has numerous cross benefits that will serve customers in both markets well. First, the increased scope increases Leeds buying power for bus products and aftermarket parts. Price is a key element to a competitive parts supply chain and this added power will allow Leeds to continue to be a leader in the aftermarket parts business. Autobus Leeds Transit will focus heavily on serving Quebec fleets with their multi-million dollar inventory and ability to offer next day delivery to all customers in Quebec.
